Assist team in providing support across the business as and when required
Support SHEQ team by co-ordinating SHEQ duties, building awareness and compliance and meeting the requirements of our accreditations and standards
Fully embed and maintain our systems, carrying out regular spot checks to ensure accuracy
Streamline our working practices, ensuring our company processes and documentation reflect how we operate
Engage and educate our teams to utilise our systems and processes fully
Create a company training programme, identifying and developing employee competencies through training
Work on improving internal communications across the business
Assist with marketing requirements and website maintenance as and when required
In line with the company training programme, co-ordinate staff training (sourcing, booking, feeding into projects programme, electronic filing on HR systems)
Assist with departmental admin duties as required
Work with the team to meet departmental and CPD objectives
Performing other duties as assigned by the Management & Leadership Team
Essential
At least 3 years' experience as a Co-ordinator or office environment
Strong computer skills, comfortable with using systems and software
Fluent in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint
Full driving licence
